A West Virginia National Guard member is "slowly healing" after a recent shooting in Washington, D.C., Governor Patrick Morrisey said.
The soldier, identified as Andrew Wolfe, was injured in the incident. Governor Morrisey provided an update on Wolfe's condition after speaking with his family.
