Russian investigators report that three people died in an explosion in Moscow on Thursday. Two of the victims were police officers.
The blast occurred just days after a separate car bomb killed a high-ranking Russian general. That earlier attack happened in the same general area of the capital.
Authorities have not stated if the two incidents are connected. An investigation into the cause of the latest explosion is ongoing.
