Ballistic Missile Flattens Kharkiv Apartment Block, 15 Injured

A Russian ballistic missile strike has injured at least 15 people in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. The attack targeted the city center on Saturday. Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the missile "completely destroyed" a five-story residential building. Rescue teams are now searching the rubble for survivors. Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, lies close to the Russian border. It has faced frequent shelling and missile attacks since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022.
